Regional HR role and report directly to HR manager
Participate in whole cycle of talent acquisition and orientation program
Identify staff issues and support line managers to tackle performance and relationship issues
Handle Employee Relations program, organize employee activities and training programs for the group
Medical insurance renewal and administration
Assist in preparing the regular analyzing reports, market survey, market comparison and reports to management
Handle the daily procedures of HR affairs and administrative affairs
Assist to develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures
Assist in other human resources projects and transformation projects as assigned
Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and filing
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related;
At least 3 years’ experience in sizeable companies;
Strong sense in responsibilities, mature, self-motivated, independent and good presentation skills;
Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi-cultural environment;
Good team player with good communication and organizational skills;
Familiar with PC applications and Chinese word processing;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
Immediate available is highly preferable
