Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
Assist in drafting job descriptions and effectively utilize various recruitment channels to attract target candidates
Provide HR support for compensation and benefits, payroll, final payment, taxation and MPF administration
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Manage various human resources-related projects and initiatives
Support the strategic implementation of departmental KPIs to maintain high-quality standards
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform ad-hoc HR projects and new initiatives as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proven experience in payroll management and implementing performance appraisal strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and employee data
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager.
