Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Learning & Development and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations;
Maintain staff record and HR filing system;
Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;
Liaise with different department and staff-related issues
Take up ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
Degree with at least 7 yrs working experience or related disciplines;
Good command of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation;
Mature, Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently;
Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in beauty industry is preferred
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
