Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with owners/ residents/ tenants
Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning, landscape, control and other services teams
Attend regular meetings and prepare reports
Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants
Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
Job Requirements:
High Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines (Level 3 or above in five (5) subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent)
Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License is preferred
Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
Team player, mature, responsible, independent, service oriented and good interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
