Job Description

• Manage and service accounts assigned by the company, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Provide claims services including assisting clients with claims reporting, documentation, and follow-ups with insurers.

• Responsible for daily application and quote-and-bind operations for various lines of businesses, from Private and Commercial Motor, Property, Casualty, Construction to other classes of General Insurances.

• Design suitable risk transfer solutions via insurances, including quotation sourcing, business proposal and analyses preparation and case closing/binding.

• Deliver quality services to clients on renewals handling and processing.

• Deliver quality after-sale services to clients, such as request on midterm changes in policies.

• Regular and effective communication with insurers and producers.

• Assist in ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Holder of IIQE (Paper I & II) qualifications.

• 2-year plus of working experience in Operations in the Insurance sector.

• 2-years plus of working experience in General Insurance.

• Ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills and administrative skills, especially in business writing.

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency required in utilisation of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook applications.

• Working Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• 5-day working week, from 9am to 6pm.
