Job Duties:
• Conduct network equipment surveillances, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Conduct remote configuration change and update documentation for customer’s network equipment
• Conduct ad-hoc and emergence changes on network equipment configuration when required
• Helpdesk support
• Coordinate with internal relevant parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery
Job Requirement:
• F.5 or above
• Relevant experience in ICT implementation or maintenance support
• Knowledge on the Network Management tool is an advantage
• Knowledge in Router and switch, firewall
• Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner
