Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen system and network infrastructure to implement cybersecurity initiatives such as PIM, SIEM, DLP, APT, and others.

• Support the planning, design, and implementation of suitable technological solutions to prevent cyberattacks and intrusions.

• Develop procedures and workflows for monitoring and logging security events, ensuring they support analytics and investigations.

• Collaborate with network, system, security, operations, and development teams to implement changes in system and network infrastructure aimed at enhancing cyber resilience.

• Partner closely with outsourcing vendors to deliver solutions for cybersecurity initiatives.

• Establish and maintain standards and guidelines for configuring and setting up system and network infrastructure to support cybersecurity measures.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to address the evolving risks posed by cyber threats.

• Deploy and maintain security tools and software on various platforms, ensuring robust network security architecture.

• Regularly upgrade and maintain the system and network environment to align with cyber resilience standards.

• Troubleshoot faults in system and network infrastructure, ensuring a swift return to normal operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A university degree in information technology, information security, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in network security or architecture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of network security, including firewall configurations, router ACLs, IPS, IDS, and network access control.

• Expertise in open-platform technologies and server virtualization.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and routing protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, and VLAN.

• Background working with major financial institutions is a plus.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis skills.

• Familiarity with SOC, DLP, and SIEM is advantageous.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Applicants with less experience may be considered for the Specialist I (Cyber Security) role.
