TODAY, we are actively looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Finance to support the rapidly growing and changing business.

Are you the “Exceptional” talent for this position?

• Report to the CFO;

• Responsible for financial reporting and consolidation, financial planning and analysis, tax planning, treasury, risk management;

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis to facilitate management's decision-making;

• Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial services to ensure compliance with all listing statutory requirements, and advise the Board on Hong Kong Listing Rules and all relevant company announcements;

• Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage investment and funding requirements;

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration; 

• Other ad-hoc assignments as needed

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• 10+ years of financial management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (preferably in a publicly listed company)

• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

• Listed Company Secretary qualification and experience is an advantage

• Proven expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, cost control, and risk management

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, listing and compliance rules, and international accounting standards

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
