Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor sales channels for MCV market
Achieve sales target, NBV and monitor the accounts development in healthy manner
Provide daily support (including product and administration training, cases follow up, communication between Company and distributors whenever there are changes in procedures and guidelines) especially for MCV channels Proactively provide prompt, sufficient, and necessary support to channels
Deliver marketing campaign and promotion Assist campaign and promotion are delivered effectively
Developing, formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategy to develop new business, build and maintain relationship with sales channels
Ensure individual and new teammate sales activities and momentum of channels
Qualification and Experience
At least 5 years working experience in sales marketing and channel management in life insurance industry
Preference will be given to candidates with a network of MCV clients.
Proven experience in sales, client servicing, and business development within the MCV market.
Knowledge and experience in Family Office or Private Banking are highly desirable.
Strong network and relationships with potential high-net-worth clients.
Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
