Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the team including scheduling, preparation of reports, presentation materials, meeting minutes and independent correspondences, data and filing management.
Handle the secretarial duties and assignments of the department including arranging business trips and logistics, typing, filing system maintenance, reimbursement, scheduling meetings, composing routine letters, dealing with telephone calls and office administration
Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and office administration
Perform other duties as assigned from times to times
Job Specification
Degree holder in any disciplines is preferred
At least 3 years' relevant experience, candidates with secretarial experiences in corporate finance or research teams gained at the sizeable banks would be a definite advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, detail-minded and with good initiatives and responsibility
Willing to work over-time and after office hours when necessary
