Responsibilities:

• Review IT solutions to enhance business processes and IT systems, ensuring thorough documentation.

• Serve as a key liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors, facilitating discussions and ensuring effective planning, execution, and change management for IT projects and ongoing business activities.

• Oversee solution testing by establishing test strategies, developing and executing test plans, and managing issues while monitoring and evaluating outcomes.

• Engage with local and international vendors, participating in contract negotiations and procurement management.

• Define functional requirements for customized application systems integration, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis within insurance sectors/ consultancy background

• Prior pension related experience will be a plus

• Experience in requirement analysis and solution design

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST

• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
