Responsibilities:
Review IT solutions to enhance business processes and IT systems, ensuring thorough documentation.
Serve as a key liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors, facilitating discussions and ensuring effective planning, execution, and change management for IT projects and ongoing business activities.
Oversee solution testing by establishing test strategies, developing and executing test plans, and managing issues while monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
Engage with local and international vendors, participating in contract negotiations and procurement management.
Define functional requirements for customized application systems integration, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in business analysis within insurance sectors/ consultancy background
Prior pension related experience will be a plus
Experience in requirement analysis and solution design
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
