Assist the Director of Business Development and Marketing in new business development, planning and implementation of all of the Company’s marketing services including the following major duties.
Major duties:
New Business Development
Identifying, analyzing and recommending new business opportunities that helps to drive sales including:
Overseeing and project managing the above identified business opportunities as needed.
Marketing Services
Developing annual marketing plan, marketing strategies, communications programs, event marketing, public relations campaigns and budget management.
Overseeing the implementation of the above services, ensuring smooth implementation and maximum cost effectiveness.
Analyzing campaign results and effectiveness, compiling management reports on sales and KPI performances, market responses, customers’ feedbacks, and providing recommendations for improvements.
Identifying and analyzing potential target segments and customer purchase behaviour
Identifying and conceiving joint promotional and sponsorship opportunities.
Liaison with licensor brands on marketing needs, advertising and promotion campaign and event implementation.
Sourcing and introducing new visual merchandising and display concepts.
Internal Control and Risk Assessment in place in all aspects of operational procedures.
Review and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Complete annual Internal Control Self-Assessment Checklist and Risk Assessment Summary.
General Management
Participating in weekly Management Meeting and Sales & Marketing Meeting and other monthly meetings with different divisions (i.e. Jewellery, Gold, Watch, KFJG Shop Managers Meeting) to collecting market feedbacks and proposing respective business solutions.
Communicating with King Fook Jewellery Group and other departments, on the formulation and implementation of marketing programs.
Updating and maintaining Marketing Department status reports.
Providing guidance and training to the other team members of the Marketing Department.
Performing annual staff performance appraisal.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration / Marketing/ Communication.
Solid PR and event management experience with resourceful network of production suppliers.
At least 5 years luxury retail marketing experience preferably in luxury category.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with drive, initiative, respect and confidentiality.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Resourceful and results oriented.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
