Responsibilities:
Lead a sizable team
Review product lifecycle management such as valuation reports and margin call
Liaise with different counterparts within the global offices for resolving trading issues
Resolve client queries in a timely manner
Review KYC, settlement status and trade report for process management
Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting
Engage in various projects and participate in system testing activities
Liaise with different counterparts for resolving trading issues
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s)
10-15 years middle office/trade support experience
Previous experience/background in client management, products lifecycle management preferred
Sensible and good at calculational works
Excellent command in English and Mandarin would be preferred
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently and multitask
Good communication skills and well-organized
Excellent command of English and Chinese
