Qualifications:

• F5 graduated or above with over 5 years (merchandiser) relevant working experience; Merchandising field in hardgoods (especially for BAGS, seasonal, marine and sporting goods items with some well-known US retail brands) will be an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese 

• Proficiency in MS word, excel and Chinese word processing. 

• Quick learner, detailed-oriented, high initiative

• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Daily support to merchandising team including product sourcing, sample process, product presentation preparation, order follow up, testing and inspection arrangement

• Experience with information for offshore factories (out of China) is preferrable. 

• Coordinating inspection schedule with factories, 3rd party inspection companies, internal QC team and merchandisers closely

• Providing clerical and administrative support such as input product data, order processing data into the system and relevant reports for internal system and customers' provided platforms
