ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

The Global Logistics Supervisor/Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of logistics strategies that align with business objectives. This role focuses on supporting logistics projects, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient processes to optimize logistics performance.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Facilitate the RFQ processes for logistics at regional sites.

• Collaborate with internal logistics counterparts for cost saving initiatives.

• Develop logistics proposals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on logistics performance and strategies.

• Monitor LSP performance and actively pursue opportunities for improvement.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING IN FOR YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Work experience in RFx development and execution across different shipment modes (overseas courier, air freight, LCL freight forwarding, warehousing, etc.).

• Experience in logistic commercial operations, encompassing freight charges and rate trends.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience within a global organization

• Travel: around 10%
