Our client is looking for a Consulting Director/Senior Manager to lead consulting engagements, ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth and profitability.

In this role, you'll provide strategic advice, oversee project delivery, and implement innovative supply chain solutions.

Reporting directly into the Partner, your typical day at work will include-

• Client Engagement: Assess supply chain challenges, develop tailored solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Business Development: Support proposal creation and marketing efforts, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Solution Development: Create effective supply chain methodologies, leveraging data and industry best practices.
• Project Management: Define project scopes, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery while monitoring progress and addressing risks.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following-

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management consulting, with a strong background in project management.
• Proven track record of leading consulting engagements and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
