Our client is an industry leader in the electronic manufacturing sector, renowned for its innovative design and production of high-quality electro-mechanical and electronic components.

To cope with their fast and stable expansion, they are now looking for a senior procurement manager - commodity to join their dynamic team and lead 2+ subordinates.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, your typical day at work will include-

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the electronics commodity to support business growth
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage contracts effectively
• Oversee supplier performance and the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing sourcing events and projects
• Foster a business-focused mindset within your teams

To succeed in this role, you should have the following-

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years' experience in sourcing sourcing/procurement/product management
• Knowledge of electronic products, OEM/EMS projects, and a robust network of suppliers across regions.
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Flexible, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude and integrity
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel to the PRC
• People management experience
