About the role

At Purple Cow Communications Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing key client relationships, overseeing the delivery of successful campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

What you'll be doing

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving business needs

• Collaborating closely with our creative and media teams to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that drive results for clients

• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality work

• Providing regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

• Identifying new opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure additional business

• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency by participating in new business pitches and client presentations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within an advertising or marketing agency

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively manage their expectations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Proficiency in using various marketing and project management tools

• A keen understanding of the advertising industry, the latest trends, and best practices

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
