Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D engineers and Taiwan contract manufacturers to understand and fulfill material requirements
• Source electronic components and other raw materials based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to organizational policies and cross-functional collaboration
• Negotiate improved terms with suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Manage order placement, pricing negotiations, and delivery schedules
• Address delivery and quality discrepancies swiftly
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
• Analyze supplier performance and manage supplier relationships
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports for management
• Stay informed about industry trends and introduce innovative procurement solutions

We Hope You Are

• A diploma holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business related disciplines
• 3 years or above working experience in electronic components procurement is a must
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Details oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
