Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a frontline team to ensure the delivery of standardized workflow with quality customer service and clinical care;
Maintain a high efficiency of clinic operations and execute the continuous improvement plan for clinics
Review existing policies and procedures to to ensure clinic compliance Monitor workload among clinics and allocate appropriate manpower to ensure the consistent and efficient services;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments and external vendors
To handle any ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
RN or EN qualification preferably, 5+ years relevant experience in clinic operations and administrative experiences
Excellent people management with strong interpersonal, coaching and problem-solving skills
Well-organized, customer-oriented and good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
Training received from Nursing or healthcare related disciplines will be a definite advantage.
