Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.

• Organize and coordinate with external parties on investment training sessions to equip Financial Advisors with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed and present sales plans and product information to Financial Advisors effectively.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Support the team on any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, business development, or insurance/financial services.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of insurance/investment products is preferred.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
