Job Description

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all the properties are managed efficiently, and in line with our high standards. This role involves stratrgic planning, tenant relations and leading a team of property professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction

• Lead a team of property management staff, security staff and cleaning staff to foster a high-performing and motivated team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and the Housing Department, promptly addressing their concerns and resolving issues to ensure high levels of their satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to saty ahead of the competition

Requirements

• Either be a practising member of one of the following profession institutions with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in property management in Hong Kong:

  (i) The Hong Kong Institute of Housing

  (ii) The Chartered Institute of Housing

  (iii) The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practise Division or Property and Facility Management Division)

  (iv) The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practise Division)

  (v) Housing Managers Registration Board

• or have at least 20 years' experience in property management with not less than 6 years' in the capacity of management post in a public housing organization in Hong Kong

• Holder of PMSA Tier 1 License is advantageous
