Job Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of residential properties, including budget control, service standard and property maintenance.

• Lead a team of facilities management staff to ensure the excellent quality of service delivered to the clients and tenants.

• Ensure the operations and services provided in the properties are compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations, in-house policies and guidelines.

• Prepare financial and relevant reports for the operations within proposed annual budgets.

• Attend O.C. meetings and following up requirements of clients and O.C, etc.

• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director and General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines is preferable

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable high-end residential estates

• Member of MCIH / MHKIH or other related professional qualifications

• Qualified to hold Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) is a must

• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good communication skills with excellence in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable.

• Highly motivated and well-organized. Able to work independently and dynamically to achieve high standards of property management services.
