Technoform Bautec Hong Kong Limited is part of the Technoform group. Technoform Bautec Hong Kong Limited has a manufacturing plant in Hong Kong and a subsidiary in Shenzhen which acts as its distributor in the South China market. It has around 120 employees in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. 

Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Assist in month-end closing, including preparation of monthly reports and analysis, schedules and bank reconciliation statements

• Monitor daily cash flow position

• Monitor inventory control

• Ensure adequate approval for payments

• Assist in annual budget, forecast and annual audit

• Work closely with other departments to resolve daily accounting issues

• Perform other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational / sizeable company

• Attentive to details with strong analytical skill

• Detailed mind, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility

• Team player, with strong communication skill and ability to work with all levels

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processor

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Audit firm experience would be an advantage

• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
