Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in teacher training, curriculum development, or educational support roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting workshops and sharing sessions for teachers.
Proven ability to provide on-site support and consultation to schools, as well as coordinate administrative tasks related to teacher training.
Certificate in Early Childhood Education [C(ECE)] in Hong Kong is a plus
Proficiency in using technology for teaching, learning, and administrative tasks. Familiarity with educational software and tools.
Knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies, especially in STEM in early childhood education.
Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions for educators.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting workshops and sharing sessions for educators.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with schools and educators.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
