Responsibilities:
· Supervise the daily operation of the service apartment, including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the apartment’s facilities and also other property operation
· Support the property operations of the building, including cleaning, repair and maintenance services
· Supervises a team of front-line operational staff
· Plan and organize various recreation activities
· Prepare and compile the operational reports and relevant management documents, etc
· Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
· Handle customers’ enquirer and complaints
Requirements:
· Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Property Management / Hotel Management Management is preferable
· 1 years’ work experience in property management
· Independent, strong supervisory and leadership skills
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· 5-day work week
