We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support technology solutions for a well-known conglomerate company. This role plays a key part in defining technology strategies and solutions that align with the business goals, while ensuring risks are managed and architectural standards are followed. As a Solution Architect, you will work across multiple applications, including ERP, POS, HRMS, and WMS. You will collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the US, EMEA, and APAC, giving you exposure to a broad range of global projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the architectural vision and solution design to support both business strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
• Describe the target operating environment, identify key systems and interfaces, and document critical non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the solution meets business and technical objectives.
• Rapidly develop high-level architectural concepts and evolve them as business needs emerge, ensuring the architecture is modular, scalable, and adaptable.
• Use established templates and best practices to create architectural documentation.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize architectural enablers and technology work within the product backlog.
• Support development teams by clarifying the architecture, resolving technical blockers, and offering solution options.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure the solution addresses security, performance, scalability, reliability, and other non-functional requirements.
• This is an individual contributor role within a collaborative, global architecture team.

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Solid experience in technology leadership with demonstrable hands-on experience in system integration, API development, and application architecture
• Technology professional with a background in development and business analysis, looking to transition into a Solution Architect role, with experience in retail or FMCG background is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture. AWS exposure is an added advantage.
• Certified with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP) is preferred
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear architectural views for different audiences.
• Experience driving automation, performing root cause analysis, and developing reusable technology solutions.
• Strong coordination and relationship management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
