Job Responsibilities:

- Provide daily support for the company's website, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for our PMS (EZE Castle) and OMS (Bloomberg AIM).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance IT solutions.
- Write and maintain scripts and programs using SQL, Python, and Java.
- Manage and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document processes and maintain records of system changes and updates.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, also welcome fresh graduates
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java, experience in C and C# is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and financial applications.
- Experience with PMS and OMS platforms, specifically EZE Castle and Bloomberg AIM, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
