Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis – Global Insurance Firm
Our client is a global leading insurance firm, recently added a new headcount for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis . This role starts as a 12 months’ contract, with a view to convert into a permanent position.
As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis , you will be responsible for the following:-
· Implement expense analysis frameworks to monitor and control costs across the organization
· Analyze historical expense trends
· Prepare detailed expense reports and presentations
· Oversee the annual budgeting process
· Develop and maintain rolling forecasts
· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
· Monitor budget variances and provide insights to support corrective actions
To be considered for this position as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis , you possess the following:-
· University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related disciplines
· Relevant of expense management, financial planning & analysis experience
· Accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent
· Insurance experience is preferred, but also welcome other financial services candidates with relevant financial planning & analysis experience
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Sound analytical and report writing skills
