Perform full spectrum reception and office administrative tasks in proficient manner.
Handling front desk related tasks such as incoming calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation;
Provide general administration and clerical support for back office.
Coordinate office and departmental expense claims.
Stationery & pantry matters, and maintenance of office equipment procurement.
Maintain documentation records and filing system.
Provide administration support to management, company events & activities and assist in ad hoc clerical functions for projects as required.
Requirements:
At least 1 years’ solid experience in Admin Clerk / Receptionist role is an advantage.
Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Chinese word processing, … etc.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
Work enthusiasm of detail-minded, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Helpful, cheerful, presentable, good interpersonal skills and team player.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
