Job Responsibilities:
Perform general reception duties including handling incoming calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation;
Support Account Department on bookkeeping activities such as data entry; invoices & receipts issue; bank-in; expenses reimbursement for staffs, documents scanning, filing, and printing reports, … etc.
Provide administration to management, company events & activities and assist in ad hoc clerical functions for projects as required.
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in Account Clerk / Receptionist role is an advantage.
Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese word processing, … etc.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
Work enthusiasm of detail-minded, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Helpful, cheerful, presentable, good interpersonal skills and team player.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
