Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties including handling incoming calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation;

  • Support Account Department on bookkeeping activities such as data entry; invoices & receipts issue; bank-in; expenses reimbursement for staffs, documents scanning, filing, and printing reports, … etc.

  • Provide administration to management, company events & activities and assist in ad hoc clerical functions for projects as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Account Clerk / Receptionist role is an advantage.

  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese word processing, … etc.

  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English

  • Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Work enthusiasm of detail-minded, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

  • Helpful, cheerful, presentable, good interpersonal skills and team player.

  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
