Job Responsibilities
Schedule regular visits to clients to understand their feedback and requirements. Introduce and demonstrate the advantages and features of our company's agency brands and products to enhance client awareness and interest.
Foster strong communication and relationships with current clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Identify and develop new clients through market research, promotional activities, etc.
Execute company marketing plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets;
Contribute to the planning and organization of product seminars, inviting relevant clients to participate. Answer client inquiries and utilize this opportunity to establish deeper cooperation with clients.
Assist in the work of the sales department and perform other duties assigned by the company, such as participating in market research, competitive analysis, etc.
Job requirements
Diploma or above in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Ability to understand and respect diverse cultural backgrounds, and collaborate effectively with individuals from different languages and cultural backgrounds.
