Key responsibilities

  • Reporting to the founders, you will contribute to a diverse range of projects, sales, account management and collaborate with marketing to enhance the experience of the users.   

 

  • Responsible for seamless transition of new to existing users. Overseeing onboarding, training and implementation processes. 

 

  • Represent the company at conferences, networking and industry events. Lead the customer success team. 

 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers on customers to build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Key skills 

  • 5 years + of experience in business development, customer service/success, account management in fast paced institutions

 

  • Leadership experience is a must for management 

 

  • Degree holder in any discipline 

 

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
