Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Chairman's travel arrangements including hotel reservation, ticketing, dining venue, pickup duties and outdoor facilities;
• Assist in selling fund products to clients;
• Travel with management for simultaneous interpretation services (spoken and written);
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in business management, finance or a related field.;
• Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development of Fund products;
• Currently a SFC licensed representative for Type 4 & 9;
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, presentation and time management skills;
• Strong sense of confidentiality and problem-solving;
• Meticulous, caring, well-organized, detail-oriented and proactive in every aspect;
• Frequent travels are required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
