Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and provide comments on legal documents and agreements related to the Corporation's operations and commercial activities in Hong Kong, and provide legal advice and support on commercial and property/land-related matters under supervision
• Attend to and ensure the proper execution of legal documents, and maintain accurate records and documentation associated with legal processes
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration in achieving business objectives 
• Assist with other general legal matters as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year’s legal working experience; or a Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of legal working experience, preferably with hands-on experience in handling contract reviews
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
