Responsibilities:

• Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions.
• Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide support to system integration test and UAT.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end user training.
• Supervise junior business analysts to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2-3 years os relevant experience.
• Knowledge SDLC SQL will be a plus.
• Experience in CRM / ERP.
• Knowledge in Oracle finance report is a plus
• Solid experience in running meetings for gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions and resolving issues.
• Organized, self-starting and producing accurate works
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
