Provide general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner
Handle and resolve guest complaints and establish good relationship with guests and clients in the Hotel
Assist at the Concierge counter and ensure all guest requests met with satisfaction
Ensure all luggages are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely
Assist in Valet Parking if necessary
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline is preferred
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Problem solving and organizational abilities
Good in customer relations and leadership skills
