Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry or customer services experience

Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese
