Responsibilities

• Support Business Development team on project plan implementation
• Support administrative and financial reconciliation work, and procurement management of Business Development team
• Follow up insurance requests with individual customers, insurance agents/ brokers, e.g. requirements, quotations, policy issuance, payment, etc.
• Prepare regular reports, business analysis, reconciliation and documentation

Requirements

• High Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry is preferred
• Qualification of Licensed Technical Representative of both General Business and Long Term Business in Insurance is preferable
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and reporting
