The Job:
We are searching for a strong brand marketer with success in building world-class category-defining brands. Your main responsibilities will include target market analysis, developing data-driven brand awareness and marketing strategies, overseeing their execution, and ensuring all marketing activities align with our business growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Drive brand & product marketing messaging for both online and offline to increase brand fame/awareness and sales growth.
- Formulate and drive marketing strategy for media, campaigns & events execution, partnerships, and brand & product storytelling.
- Grow, lead and develop a global marketing team including but not limited to Marketing, PR & Communications, Influencer and social media.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (i.e., website, SEM, SEO, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and drive a clear e-commerce marketing vision and roadmap that optimizes existing channels and generates new and innovative sources of sessions while gaining internal alignment and powerfully articulating to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate to orchestrate the annual marketing planning and budget process so marketing's goals are aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Lead all e-commerce marketing activities including but not limited to acquisition, search, email, advertising, retention, loyalty, and affiliate marketing.
- Be the financial expert who leads all team members to optimize marketing spending, achieve ROAS targets, and make critical financial decisions that affect the company’s top and bottom line; must be articulate in reporting results and recommendations.
- Oversee our consumer data strategy from architecture, identification and collection, audience creation & strategies to reporting and connectivity/utilization across our tools.
- Provide expertise, vision, and leadership to define and implement customer relationship marketing programs and initiatives that successfully build profitable, long-term customer value.
- Direct ongoing competitive analyses that track key competitors and identify relevant strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferable) degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a similar field
- Strong leadership skills
- Displays a deep understanding of branding and the e-commerce landscape for the US market.
- Knowledge of best marketing practices, including email marketing, SEM, and PPC advertising
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated global market experience with emphasis on the US market, consumer behaviors, and engagement.
- Knowledge of all marketing functions, including acquisition, retention, eCommerce management, and traditional marketing functions is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the best marketing practices and SEO is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative leader with global team engagement experience and a knack for increasing engagement on social platforms.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing and digital with a consumer-focused products brand
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in developing and executing revenue strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Experience leading and managing high-performance e-commerce and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
- Strong in the utilization of data analytics to monitor and measure marketing and sales performance, track metrics, and leverage insights to maximize revenue and inform strategies.
