Role Description

This is a contract role for an IT Development Team Lead. The role is on-site and located in Central, Hong Kong. The IT Development Team Lead will be responsible for technical leading and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team in frontend web and / or backend API development, and subsequence project cycle
• Oversee and perform quality control, including code review and analysis
• Prepare technical specifications, software test plan, perform debugging and performance optimization with the team
• Drive the development team to manage Low code platform applications development, workflow development, reporting, and configuration
• Provide guidance and/or support to junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of experience in IT development industry
• Solid experience with OutSystems and relevant certification from OutSystems are needed
• Solid experience with .Net, RESTful API is needed
• Familiar with UIPath, IIS and/or MSSQL is plus
• Project management certification, PMP, is a plus
• Manage OutSystems platform is definitely an advantage
• Familiar with agile development approach and knowledge in web technology
• Manage the low-code platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary
• Willing to learn and keep in pace with the latest and emerging technologies
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and innovative with good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required
