• Support Product Leader to lead workgroup on different product initiative projects (e.g. regulatory change and product feature design & development etc.)
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance etc. to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle; pipeline management and approval process
• Conduct market/product analysis, product testing and prepare the product related document e.g. product specifications and user requirements
• Support different business development initiates on product promotion
• Ensure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines etc.
  
  

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry
• Strong accountability and sense of ownership, patience with attention to details
• Experience in leading small team is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint presentation is preferred
