What you'll do:

• Analyze customer ‘s requirement, design, implement and deploy Jaggaer solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in applications process design and configuration.
• Support company for managing resource allocation and optimization of resource utilization to ensure maximized performance of the team.
• Support company for managing important client relationships in complex environments, delivering high quality projects and results ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
• Support business development and proposal by contributing to the written technical components of proposals in Jaggaer.
• Assists in the development of a determined amount of new business and/or identifies follow on work under existing engagement.
• Monitor and gain in-depth understanding of market dynamics related to digital procurement management and build market-oriented solutions with market competitiveness for digital procurement management, including process diagnosis, data analysis, system architecture, and related product configurations.
• Development of differentiated solutions based on deep understanding of competitor offerings, consistently enhance BE digital solutions in the Asia Pacific market.
• Manage procurement consulting team and demonstrate leadership.
• Collaborate with industry team, market team and other stakeholders as per need.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master is an advantage)
• 7-10 years or above experiences in Jaggaer implementation, specialized in Jaggaer, familiar with Automotive, Manufacturing and Retail industry in Asia Pacific is a plus.
• 2 or above full-cycle Jaggaer implementation or roll-out projects experience, global projects are preferred.
• Strong procurement process optimization ability, capable of conducting process diagnosis, data analysis, and customized consulting solution design.
• Excellent business communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal coordination skills, and strong pressure resistance.
• Strong logical thinking, able to work with a positive attitude under pressure. Having self-motivation and an interest in learning new knowledge.
• Willing to travel, project management experience in Asia Pacific is required.
• Fluent English and working visa are required.
