We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to drive the Data Transformation agenda for our client in the insurance industry. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into data solutions, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering value through our Data Backbone (Data Lake and Data Warehouse) capabilities. Enabling operational reporting, management reporting (BI), & data for advanced analytics models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for the Data Ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
• Manage dependencies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless data integration and utilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and quantify the expected business value and return on investment (ROI) for the Data initiatives
• Works in conjunction with Asia Head of Data Ecosystem for new solutions patterns and takes a more leading role in scaling existing solution patterns to business needs.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, which include data quality, and related metadata management and reference data management
  
  

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience within the Insurance Data Transformation Programme
• Experienced in leading team of Business Analysts and Project Managers
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
