主要職責：

• 策略制定：制定及執行銷售策略，帶領銷售團隊完成銷售目標。
• 訂單管理：跟蹤訂單進度，按時積極完成應收賬款的追收計畫。
• 客戶關係管理：拜會客人及處理投訴維護良好關係。
• 市場洞察：定期收集市場訊息和競爭對手動態，進行市場分析並調整銷售策略。
• 業務拓展：開拓新客戶，發掘新商機，擴大公司銷售網路，探索新的銷售渠道，推動銷售額增長。
• 市場推廣：與市場行銷和供應鏈團隊密切合作，制定推廣、促銷計畫，提升品牌知名度。
• 團隊建設：梳理團隊分工人員配置，培訓、激勵、考核下屬。

 

任職要求：

• 大學本科及以上學歷，有豐富經驗者可放寬學歷要求，國際貿易、市場營銷和相關專業優先考慮。
• 5年及以上工作經驗，貿易、批發、零售經驗者優先考慮，具備2年以上銷售團隊管理經驗。
• 熟悉香港市場特徵及法律法規，擁有一定客戶資源者優先考慮。
• 具備銷售業績增長成功經驗，具備銷售數據分析能力。
• 具備良好的商務談判能力、應變能力、團隊管理能力和市場分析能力。
• 熟練操作MS Office，懂得使用ERP系統為佳。
• 良好粵語及普通話，懂讀寫中文及閱讀英文。
