Responsibilities

· Develop pricing strategies and solutions for all clients, including key accounts.

· Analyze vendor rates and propose optimal solutions tailored to client needs.

· Evaluate internal performance data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.

· Create, update, and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.

· Lead and manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and excellent client experience.

· Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

· Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as required by the business.

Requirements

· Experience: 2-3 years of experiences in logistics or ecommerce field

· Languages: Proficient verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

· Attention to Detail: Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a positive, fun, and adaptable attitude.

· Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
