Job Responsibilities:
- Handle branch walk-in client enquiries and assist in register and account opening procedure
- Create and maintain good relationship with clients
- Provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries and feedback
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above-
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills-
- Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8, or Licensed with SFC Type 1
- At least 1 year sales or customer services experience in securities firm-
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
Working location:
- Lok Ma Chau MTR Station
Working Hours:
- 5 days per week (need to work on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday )
- 9 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break (from 9am to 9pm)
