Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of Chinese Restaurant to achieve total guest satisfaction, quality of product and service
• Participates in the preparation of the Hotel's revenue plan and marketing programs.
• Assists to set F&B goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies.
• Provide training to staff and lead a team to achieve the set goals and total guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with set service standards according to guidelines established by management
• Analyse the business situation and seek ways to improve performance in meeting financial goals
• Conduct daily briefings/meetings for the purpose of updating the staff on special events and review on ad-hoc issues
• Good market knowledge for improvement on product

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar position
• Good knowledge in food operation
• Possess strong market sense
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Excellent in customer relations and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
