Job desciption
• Assist the daily management of insolvency assignments
• Conduct the investigation of the financial affairs of insolvent companies/bankrupts
• Draft reports/documents to the Court, the Official Receiver and other stakeholders to compile with the statutory requirements
• Support various restructuring and insolvency assignments, including business recovery, corporate insolvency administration, receivership and personal bankruptcy
• Support other business advisory services, ad hoc assignments and support other transaction advisory services.
Job requirements
• Degree holder, major in accounting, finance or other related disciplines
• 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency or equivalent related experience
• Able to think strategically, with good business sense and commercially awareness
• Sound financial and business analytical skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to write concise and well-structured reports in English or Chinese
• Relevant PRC exposure and experience are highly preferable
