The Strategy & Development Business Analyst supports the Strategy and Development team in driving and executing the corporate business strategy which aligns with the company’s overall vision and mission. The role cuts across sourcing, digital, people and CSR. The S&D oversees the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives across specific departments and/or geographies.

Job descriptions

•Work closely with business stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to transform and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their Business processes

•Support in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategy to achieve designed process re-engineering objectives

•To work closely with business stakeholders as their Project Management Office, including but not limited managing project plan, project activities, risks, and dependencies to enable a smooth project roll out.

•As business analyst to analyse user requirements and advise on initiative implementation and design, including implementation of system or process change

•Support and lead various change management initiatives and execution of the strategy plan across specified functions and geographies, and measure its impact to the business

•Support, advise and develop management reporting tools and processes to provide key insights in building outlook

Preferred skills

•Degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field with 3 years or more working experience

•Experience in working in Management Consulting companies with strong consulting mindset, or experience in running projects or providing project management support in in-house environment.

•Hands on leadership experience in Operational transformation, Finance transformation or Project Management Office projects, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to customers and third-party vendors.

•Experience in enterprise wideproject/solution deployment and project management role for multinational companies would be an advantage,

•Strong team player with group facilitation and presentation skills;

•Strong analytical and creative problem solving/ solutioning capabilities;

•A proven ability to translate ambiguous objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations would be an advantage;

•Ability to simultaneously handle a variety of projects and meet tight deadlines

•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to inspire others

•Self-starter, creative thinker, results driven and proactive

•Hands-on design or development experience data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik), Power Apps would be an advantage.

•Proficiency in English is essential.
